A shikara is the slender wooden boat that glides across Dal Lake in Kashmir. It gave its name to a kitchen that has been cooking Indian food since 1987.
CHAIIBUCKS is its street-food side: quick, honest plates, spices ground in-house, and chai brewed the long way. Same recipes, set to the pace of a Mediterranean street.
