Who we are
CHAIIBUCKS by Shikara, Konyaaltı, Antalya, is the data controller for the data described here under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
What we collect
For the Lotus Club: your name, phone number and member code, and optionally your email and birthday (day and month). For opening news: your email. For each visit: the petals and rewards added, time, and the staff member who added them.
Why
To run the loyalty programme, recognise your card, prevent misuse and, only if you agree, to send you news and offers.
How long
As long as your membership is active and up to 2 years after your last visit. Opening-news emails are deleted after the opening campaign or earlier if you ask.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is stored on our hosting provider's servers and is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at the email address below.
