Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Lotus Club is free and you can leave at any time.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Your card is a web page with a QR code. Save it to your home screen if you like.
What do I need to sign up?
Your name and phone number. Email and birthday are optional; the birthday is only used for your birthday chai.
I changed my phone. Are my petals gone?
No. Open the Lotus Club page and sign in with your phone number and member code. Everything is still there.
What is a Founding Member?
Everyone who joins before our opening day starts with bonus petals and keeps a Founding Member mark on the card for good.
What happens to my data?
We only store what the card needs and never sell it. Details are in our privacy notice.
